In this experience our chef will take you to a local market where you will pick the main ingredients necessary to create our local dishes. After that the workshop would be held in Ngädri Restaurant and the participants will learn to prepare:

- Our famous "carimañolas" and also "noggi" both prepared with "yuca" as the main ingredient.

- Empanadas, tortillas and almojábanos using corn as the main ingredient.

- Patacon and tajadas made almost entirely out of plantain.

- Criolla Sauce consider the DNA of Panamanian cuisine based with tomatoes, garlic, onions, culantro, coriander and ají criollo.

Everything prepared on the workshop would be gluten free and don't worry in case you will wondering, of course you can eat everything you prepare!
