Rock Climbing

Boquete has two great natural rock walls with many climbing routes that make them challenging and fun. We will provide you with all the equipment that you need, and our experienced guides will make sure you have a fun safe ascend.

• Ladrillos (Easy - Intermediate) 

• Icaro (Intermediate - Advanced) 

*The location for the day will be determined by the first group to complete paid reservations*

Both walls are super fun and challenging.  

Itinerary:

Meeting point: Panama Heavens Reception 

Meeting time: 8:30AM

Departure: 9:00AM. 

Designated Stop: Rock wall of the day.

Arrival: Selina Hotel around 1:30pm 

Our recommendations:

• Wear comfortable clothes, preferably fast drying and breathable

• Closed toe shoes suitable for short walks in moderate terrain (the best option is trekking shoes, but sneakers work just fine)

• Rain Jacket 

• Sun protection

• Mosquito spray
• DO NOT disturb or pick up wild life and vegetation 
• LISTEN to our guides, they are experts and their main responsibility is to keep you safe.
• ALWAYS keep your trash with you, help us keep our beautiful trails clean.

Pack lite, only bring essentials. We suggest you eat breakfast or grab a snack from the “grab and go” 30-40 minutes before departure.

Please make sure to pay no later than 8:00pm the day before your tour. 

This activity is not pet friendly or suited for kids under 12 years old, advanced stage pregnant woman, and handicapped people.
